New Patients at Pullen Dental

Welcoming New Patients in Maryborough

Woman smiling in dental chairOur dental team loves helping new patients find their smile and their confidence once again.

We know everyone’s story is different. You might be visiting the first time after a lengthy period without dental care. You might be bringing your child in for their first appointment, or you might be bringing your elder parent in as part of your caregiving duties. No matter the situation, you will be treated with respect and have any concerns put to ease prior to any dental treatment.

What to Expect at Pullen Dental

When you arrive at our office, you will be greeted by our reception team and will be asked to fill out your medical history forms. From there you can grab a cup of water and relax a bit while watching our videos about various dental procedures.

You’ll then meet the dentist and be introduced to the nurse once you get into your private treatment room. They will ask you for any questions you may have, and any concerns the dental team should know about when it comes to your oral health.

General Dental Cleaning and Exam

If you are visiting for a gentle dental cleaning, you’ll be examined and there will be a treatment plan proposed. Perhaps you have fillings that are deteriorating, or you have come to a place where you need dentures, an implant, a bridge or a crown. The dentist will let you know what they found, and what they think would work best for your situation.

If you need an X-ray to delve further into what is causing pain or other problems, it will be noted at this time.

After the cleaning, you receive an application of fluoride. From there they’ll recommend additional appointments for any issues they may have found, and recommend another cleaning and checkup in six months, which keeps you in the best oral health.

We Can’t Wait to Meet You – Contact Us Today

If you are a new patient, we offer a special for a general cleaning, checkup and fluoride for $199.

We want Maryborough to feel good about their smiles and have the best possible oral health. Regular visits to our office can help prevent more serious issues. But, if you find yourself in need of care for an emergency like a painful cavity or cracked tooth, we can help you with that, too.
